BILLING, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS
OVERVIEW
All payments are processed at the time an order is placed. Fast Track Fitness LLC uses Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card or banking information. Payments are accepted in U.S. dollars (USD) only. A detailed payment receipt will be automatically emailed to the address provided during checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us at support@fasttrackfitnessonline.com to verify your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & EXAM ACCESS
Access to the exam is typically provided immediately or shortly after payment is confirmed. Exam results are generated upon completion and may be printed by the user through our online testing platform. Physical certificates are processed after exam completion and verification of payment. Certificates are typically printed and mailed within one (1) to two (2) business days after exam completion. Incomplete submissions (for example, missing required exam information) may delay certificate processing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the digital nature of certification exams and course access, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and exam access has been granted. If you placed an order in error and have not yet accessed the exam, contact support@fasttrackfitnessonline.com as soon as possible. While cancellations cannot be guaranteed, we will review requests submitted prior to exam access to determine if a courtesy adjustment is possible.
REFUND POLICY
Each Fast Track Fitness LLC order includes online exam access and physical certificate fulfillment costs. For this reason:

All sales are final once exam access is granted.

Certificates that have been issued or shipped are non-refundable.

If an error occurs in certificate production, a corrected replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, a replacement certificate will be mailed at no additional cost once verified through carrier tracking. Refunds are not issued for lost or damaged shipments.

Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-submitted information are not eligible for refund, but may be corrected through a reprint request for a modest fee.
Fast Track Fitness LLC reserves the right to deny, refund, or cancel any order if submitted information appears false, incomplete, or inconsistent with our service guidelines.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Fast Track Fitness LLC maintains detailed records of all orders, including exam submissions, payment confirmations, IP logs, and shipping records. Filing a credit card chargeback for a fulfilled order may result in suspension of future services. We reserve the right to submit all documentation to payment processors and fraud databases to resolve disputes. All dispute-related communication must be submitted in writing to preserve an accurate transaction record. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors, fraud prevention databases, and law enforcement agencies.
REISSUE & CORRECTIONS
If you need to correct or replace a certificate after completion, please email support@fasttrackfitnessonline.com with your order number and the details of your request. A reprint fee may apply to cover materials, printing, and administrative costs.
