ELIGIBILITY
Fast Track Fitness provides online exam access and certification documentation services to:

Adults seeking to complete a knowledge-based personal trainer certification exam for educational and documentation purposes.

Individuals pursuing general fitness education and assessment of foundational training concepts.
Services are not available for:

Individuals under 18 years of age.

Individuals attempting to use false identities or fraudulent payment methods.

Individuals seeking misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful documentation.
By submitting payment, you certify that all information provided is accurate and that you are completing the exam personally. Fast Track Fitness reserves the right to decline or cancel access if eligibility requirements are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Fast Track Fitness provides:

Online access to a 40 question, knowledge-based personal trainer certification exam.

Immediate scoring upon submission.

Unlimited exam retake attempts included with purchase.

Issuance and mailing of a physical certificate upon achieving a passing score.
We are not a school and do not provide in-person instruction, supervised training, or state-licensed credentialing. The exam assesses general fitness and training fundamentals for documentation purposes only.
PAYMENT & PROCESSING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full prior to exam access. Exam access is delivered immediately after successful payment processing. Because exam access is provided instantly and is considered a digital service, all sales are final once access has been granted. Certificates are issued only after a passing score is recorded and are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided during checkout. Certificates are prepared based on the name and billing information submitted at the time of payment. Requests to correct name spelling or other certificate details after issuance may require a reissue fee.
RECORD KEEPING & PRIVACY
Fast Track Fitness maintains secure records of exam completion and certificate issuance for internal documentation purposes. VERIFICATION REQUESTS
Third-party verification inquiries may be submitted through our website contact form. Verification may be provided only for individuals whose exam completion and certificate issuance are on record. Fast Track Fitness reserves the right to confirm the identity of the requesting party before releasing any verification information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fast Track Fitness is not responsible for decisions made by employers, gyms, organizations, or insurers regarding the acceptance of our certificate. Acceptance of any certification is determined solely by the receiving organization. Our liability is limited to providing exam access, scoring, and certificate issuance as described on this website.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By using this website or submitting payment, you agree to these terms and to jurisdiction within the State of Wyoming.
