SHIPPING POLICY
EXAM COMPLETION & CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE
Certificates are only issued after the certification exam has been successfully completed and all requirements have been met. Once the exam has been passed, certificate production will begin.
PROCESSING TIME
Certificates are typically printed and prepared for shipment within one (1) to two (2) business days after successful exam completion. Exams completed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
Certificates are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary based on USPS operations, destination, and external factors. Fast Track Fitness is not responsible for carrier delays, late deliveries, or service interruptions once a shipment has been transferred to USPS.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
Certificates will only be shipped to the billing address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the address entered is complete and accurate.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent within one (1) business day after the certificate has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after a tracking number has been created.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address, refusal of delivery, or failure to accept delivery, the order will not be refunded. Reshipment will be available once the original shipment has been returned. An additional shipping fee will be required to resend the certificate.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your certificate arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and contents. Replacement requests will be reviewed and handled at our discretion.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will review tracking information and carrier status. Replacement requests may be considered once the carrier confirms the shipment has not been delivered. Fast Track Fitness does not guarantee replacement for lost shipments and is not responsible for carrier errors once the package has been transferred to USPS.
CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once a shipment has been transferred to USPS, Fast Track Fitness has no control over the delivery process and is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost mail. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact USPS directly for delivery updates.
